My name is Anastasia Fischer, and I am your friendly neighborhood Realtor! I am a 3rd generation Tampanian and regardless of where I have lived this is my home. Growing up in the area, I’m familiar with the school districts as I attended multiple public and private schools.

After graduating from high school, I pursued my passion for horses. I attended the University of Kentucky, graduating with a degree in Equine Science and Management. While working in the equine industry, I was given unique opportunities to travel across the United States and Europe while managing properties and assets for diverse clientele. While managing these diverse clients’ properties, I became involved with their equestrian facilities which created my interest in real estate.

I am detail oriented with initiative and determination to provide clients an outstanding real estate service experience with your satisfaction being my number one priority. These essential traits are critical in today’s real estate market. Applying these traits using management techniques to learn about my clients, we are able to build a strong relationship.
